💙 How Our Loyalty Program Works

We created our rewards card system to thank our loyal and repeat customers for supporting our small business — we truly appreciate you!

🛒 Who Qualifies?

All customers who create an account on our website and place an order are eligible to join the rewards program.

Already placed an order without an account? No worries! Just create an account (click the person icon at the top right of our website), and we’ll still count your first order.

✅ How to Earn Rewards

  1. Place 8 orders on our website — there’s no time limit!

  2. You must be logged into the same account for all 8 orders to qualify.

  3. Orders placed as a guest (without logging in) unfortunately won’t count unless it’s your first order and you create an account afterward.

🐻 Physical Rewards Card & Bear Sticker

  • With your first order, you’ll receive a rewards card and your first bear sticker.

  • For every order, you’ll get one sticker to add to your rewards card.

  • Lost your card or sticker? No problem! You can request a replacement:

When you reach your 8th qualifying order, you’ll get:

  • A $10 gift card (sent via email)

  • Exclusive freebies and samplers (included in your 8th order)

📝 How to Redeem

To redeem your rewards:

  1. On your 8th order, leave a note at checkout saying you'd like to redeem your rewards.

  2. Your gift card will be emailed to you after your order is processed.

  3. Freebies and samplers will be packed into your 8th order.
