Once the order is packaged and shipped, I am no longer responsible for the package. But if you experience any problems with your order, please contact me! I’m to here to help and resolve any problems
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
No refund or replacement for lost or stolen mail
Due to COVID-19 there may be shipping delays of up to 4-6 weeks which is out of my control.
Please allow time for your package to arrive.
